Making High End Design affordable for those with Lower Budgets.

We're extremely proud of the design work that we do here at Edward Robertson. And when we say "design" we are in total agreement with Steve Jobs when he said:

"Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works."

Since most of our clients want something custom-made to suit their needs, we spend as much time, if not more, on the coding and development as we do on the design. And this can make the work we do quite expensive, and put us out of the reach of startups and small businesses.

We've seen the rise in popularity of one page web sites (this is a lovely one page gallery site: onepagelove.com) and spotted an opportunity to work with customers with a lesser budget, without giving them a lesser end-product.

That's why we came up with the concept of Smart Sites. Smart Sites are beautiful, responsive, single page smart websites that are focused on achieving one goal. They are built on ready-made HTML5 libraries (that we've created) so we can still spend as much time on the design as we would for a bespoke web site, but the development time is accelerated to almost nothing. Essentially, clients would get everything they'd expect from us, only much more streamlined.

Smart Site

Smart Sites come with a content management system and google analytics pre-installed, so they're ideal if you want to update your web site and track the performance. And of course, they're responsive, so they look great on mobile devices too.

If you're a startup or small business with a small budget but you want to achieve big results please take a look at Get a Smart Site or get in touch.
