Coronavirus 19 Update

I want to let you know about the steps that we are taking to ensure we are prepared for the coronavirus.
The coronavirus is spreading fast and poses many threats to businesses. Our number one priority at this time is the health and wellbeing of our clients and of our team members. We are also doing everything that we can to support the continued operation of our clients' businesses.
Our Customers
We understand that our customers rely on their websites, and the role Edward Robertson play in this. We have cancelled face to face meetings, events and customer visits until further notice, but we will continue to be here to support you and your business. Our service to our customers will continue to run smoothly - live websites will continue to be hosted and maintained, and projects in development will continue to be worked on.
Our Teams
Our teams are now working from home, something we already had the ability to do, which means that we might not be instantly available for a phone call. The best way to get in touch while we're working remotely is by email, we'll be here to help you on our usual email addresses, we're aiming to continue to provide the same high level of service to our clients that we always have.
Our thoughts are with anyone affected by the virus, we wish them a speedy recovery, and we owe a profound debt of gratitude to all of our health professionals and NHS workers.
Throughout this challenging time we will be acting in accordance with the latest Government, NHS and Public Health England advice, and we ask for your co-operation and patience.
